The two-day conference, held by the European Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI), will look at future demand for wireless solutions, their implementation and how to speed up return on investment for new technology.
This year’s summit line-up includes five European Commission officials and speakers from 17 international operators.
Magnus Madfors, R&D Director at Ericsson, will be holding two panel discussions on November 2 – “Refining Strategic Research and Development in Mobile Access and Wireless Systems” and “Demonstrating How New Technology Areas are Destined for Growth.”
On the same day Mats Nilsson, head of Ericsson’s European Affairs Office, will join a panel discussion about the growth prospects for new ICT-enabled applications.
The summit offers telecom executives an opportunity to meet with officials from key European Commission departments – Information Society, Future Internet and Enterprise.
